NeSPaT coordinators contact Sites at protocol initiation with instructions and required forms.
2. Place Order
Site staff place orders via email, web account, telephone or messengers.
4. Get Confirmed
Site reconfirms participant-approved version and gets confirmation online or via email/messenger.
3. Travel Arranging
NeSPaT coordinator contacts the Patient to discuss travel arrangements.
5. Travel Confirmation
The patient reviews and approves the finalized travel plan and receives the travel documents.
7. Get The Patient
The patient is in the Site guaranteed and on time.
6. Traveling
The patient is informed of the pickup time and location by the driver the day before departure. NeSPaT provides 24/7 support.

Upon protocol initiation, Sites are contacted by NeSPaT coordinators and provided with instructions and documents (Bank,Reimbursement and Consent forms).

Site staff place orders via email, web account, telephone or messengers.

Receiving a request for a specific protocol, creating a cost estimate, and preparing and approving the budget.

The Site reconfirms the version approved by the participant Receives confirmation in the web account (optionally via email or messenger).

The Patient receives and approves the finalized travel plan. The Patient receives travel documents.

The Patient receives information (a phone call or SMS) about the pick-up time and place the day before departure directly from the driver. NeSPaT provides 24/7 support to the Patient throughout the trip.

The patient is in the Site guaranteed and on time.
